It's T-Time!

Look at this t-shirt!  It is from Anthropologie and is awesome.  But it is "just" a t-shirt... embellished, but still just a t-shirt.  So the task as hand it to make an awesome shirt without shelling out more that a few dollars!

Some examples of the wonderful creative folks out there who are inspired to make their own, have inspired others to make their own and inspired me as well.  Right now I don't have time before my trip to Seattle to make one of these... I will have to simply live vicarioiusly through the gals I've listed below:
If I have missed anyone (and I am sure I have) , please let me know, I will gladly add you to the list!  When I return from Seattle, I am going to try my hand at this!

I See Creative People... wherefore and why...

This Blog will be about various people I know and come across who are creative. This blog is not limited to one medium, I will share quilting, sewing, scrap-booking, cooking, baking, crafting, knitting, woodworking, painting and doll making to name a few. So hang on to your hats and get ready for a crazy ride through the world of creative mediums.

I am a food lovin' kind of gal, who meets herself coming and going. I am fortunate enough to have a career in Domestic Engineering... specializing in the field of being a Domestic Goddess (SAHM) ... well not really. I am far from a Goddess... but we do have to have our fantasies right?

Anyway.... I spend far too much time on-line surfing, seeing what my friends are blogging about, tips and tricks my facebook friends have to share and sites they have found. So.... after seeing a commercial for a tv show where little kids kept saying "I see dead people", I had the phrase rambling around in my cranium while visiting all these fun creative links. Bam! The title of this blog pops into my head! Okay... not really this title... but something close...then while thinking about topics to blog about... the idea evolved into the current title.

So my motivation is to live vicariously through others until I have time to myself to actually sew something. I am full of great ideas...just lacking the time.
